The funny thing about Izzy stans attempting to strawman people who are critical of them is that, for every thing they accuse them of hating Izzy for, there's at least one other character that shares that trait with him and, for some reason, isn't nearly as controversial (who knows why!)

I finally finished writing the first chapter of my fic commission.

The stats as of rn:

took four days to write

3.5k words

several bars of chocolate were consumed in the process

my cat sat on my computer a total of 4 times, logging me out 2 of them

i accidentally deleted everything I had written one time and had to start again

I should have it out sometime tomorrow - I have to edit it still - but I'm just SO PROUD of myself. Like, this is my first actual official fic. Even if it turns out to be a hot pile of dog shit, I enjoyed writing this - and I hope you guys will enjoy reading it!

Oof. The story I could tell to go along with this post 🙄 A woman I've known since age 7, friends all through school, on and off through the years until about 2015 when we had a little blowout & became more frenemies than friends. She still shoots me a message few times a year and I was stupid enough to send her a msg recently. The video msg I got from her the other day being her usual obnoxious, know-it-all advice giving, uber-christian self made me regret thinking she was an option for any sort of meaningful supportive friendship. No, those days have passed. I just hafto decide if I'm dealing with it by ghosting her or somehow telling her no thank you 🤔
